Serve at Westbrook
God has created us uniquely. His plans for us are far greater than we could imagine. His desire is for us to develop a consistent Christ-like character. He wants us to become mature Christians and to become examples that others can look up to. He wants the wisdom and life skills that Jesus taught to influence our jobs, our families, and how we use our time and resources. Living a life where loving relationships and spiritual values exist are more important to Him than worldly success.
We are committed to loving God, loving others, reaching the lost, and serving without reserve. Whether it’s in our Creative Arts Ministry, Children and Student Ministries, or in our Connect Groups, we strive to embody these commitments in each of our ministries. We hope that you take advantage of the opportunities that Westbrook has to offer and sign up to serve in one of our amazing ministries.
Awana
Awana reaches kids for Christ through fun, scripture-rich experiences that lead them to know, love, and serve God. If you love fun and helping kids learn God’s word, this is for you. Contact us to learn more.
Creative Arts
Hey everyone! We’re excited to invite you to join our Worship and Tech Team! Whether you’re a vocalist who loves leading people in song, an instrumentalist who’s ready to make music, or a behind-the-scenes tech wizard who can make it all happen (without too many cables getting tangled), there’s a place for you here. We welcome people of all backgrounds and experiences—you bring your gifts, and we’ll make something beautiful together! Check out our Tech Team Guide, Worship Team Guide, and Audition Guide for all the details. Instrumentalists and vocalists, be sure to contact me to set up a time to audition. And if you’ve got any questions or want to know more, just reach out to me Ian Sheppard! Let’s make a joyful (and perfectly mixed) noise together!
Welcome Ministry
The mission of the Welcome Ministry is to cultivate a space that welcomes all people, inviting them into the larger Westbrook mission to know Christ fully and make Him known. If you love people and are willing to do anything to make people feel welcome at Westbrook, we invite you to join the Welcome Team. Contact us to learn more.
Gente Unida
We offer multi-cultural and biligual services where people from many different cultural backgrounds come together to worship God, study His Word, and learn how to become His disciples. Gente Unida meets on Sundays at 1:45pm. Contact Lalo Rios to learn more about serving with Gente Unida.
Westbrook Kids
We invite enthusiastic, kid-loving leaders to join our children’s ministry, in parternship with families, to provide a fun and safe place for children to experience the love of Jesus. Contact Tammy Parker or Christie Mitchell to learn more.
Westbrook Students
Westbrook Students exists to help 6th-12th grade students encounter a God that is real to them. Too often, students don’t make faith their own. Everything we do is to help students understand why taking ownership of their faith is so important. Contact Rene Flores to learn more about serving in Westbrook Students.
